Delivery Information

United Kingdom Mainland Orders

All consignments are traceable and for security require a signature on delivery; this guarantees the secure delivery and safe passage of your items.

Our shopping basket defaults to Mainland United Kingdom delivery (excluding Ireland, Highlands, and Islands). If you are outside of Mainland UK (including Ireland, Highlands, and Islands), please contact a member of our team for pricing. Please note, this may extend the lead time of your delivery.

International Orders

We try our hardest to provide our online customers with the most competitive shipping and handling no matter your location. Unfortunately, this makes our shipping and handling calculations extremely complicated. If you would like to find out the shipping costs for your location, please use our shipping and handling calculator built into our shopping cart. You can change your location by clicking on the “Change Location” link beneath the shipping location within the shopping cart.

You will then be redirected to another page where you will be able to choose the Country and Region you would like your purchase to be shipped to. Click submit and you will be redirected back to the shopping cart where the new Shipping Charges will be displayed.

If we do not have any prices for your location, you will be prompted. If this happens, please call us on 01480 260 140 and we will be happy to provide you with a quotation for shipping your purchase to your chosen destination.

Your delivery may arrive anytime between 7.00AM & 6.00PM. Please ensure you are available to receive your delivery as you may incur a redelivery charge at our standard delivery rates.


Large orders may be palletised for ease of transport and to mitigate any chance of damaging goods. In these events, our couriers will be unable to open pallets and transport individual goods due to insurance purposes. Any pallets and packaging will be left with you to recycle or dispose of.

Damaged Goods

On receipt of goods please inspect carefully for damage and advise the carrier’s driver accordingly. If you are unable to fully inspect the goods for whatever reason, please sign the consignment note as “unexamined”. 

Should you sign the consignment note as “received in good condition”, you may be liable for any damages.

In the unlikely event you receive any damaged goods please advise us via e-mail to or by telephone on 01480 260 140 within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damaged goods by email.

If any item supplied is damaged in transit you must inform us before returning the item and we will inform you of our full returns procedure.
